Account, privacy and terms questions
Email support@thechoppot.com. For a privacy request, such as deleting your account, say which display name you use and whether you sign in with an email address (send the request from that address) or play name-only. We may ask you to sign in to confirm the account is yours.
Questions about a league
Picks, grades, deadlines and settlements are run by each league’s commissioner. Ask them first.
Getting back into your account
If your account is secured, open The Chop Pot on any device and sign in with your email and password. Your leagues will be there. Resetting a forgotten password by email isn’t available yet.
A name-only account lives only in the browser where it was created. We can’t restore one from a display name or an invite link, because neither proves who the account belongs to. If you still have that browser, open the league room there and choose Secure your account.
